I'm Olivia Price and I am currently in my final year studying for a degree in Public Relations and Brand Communication at Leeds Beckett University. Born and bred in Yorkshire, I couldn't help wanting to stay, so I only moved half an hour from my home town of Huddersfield (mainly so everyone can still understand my broad Yorkshire accent).
I absolutely love the idea of pursuing a career in Public Relations; I love change and PR is constantly changing and adapting to the world, and it excites me that I could grow along with the industry. I can't wait to seek amazing placement opportunities whilst studying for my degree, and learn about the industry through theory and being hands on on the job.
My other interest is definitely travelling the world. I have been so lucky to travel as much as I have done at the ripe age that I am. I have been places with all people closest to me and I love every single second of learning about different cultures as well as relaxing in the hot sun with a cocktail or two!
Taking time and pride in my appearance is another interest of mine. I really enjoy doing my makeup, and deciding what to wear...but what girl doesn't?! I have a lot of experience working in fashion retail so I have educated myself over time on the different trends, and I love seeing the new ones emerge in the shop.
In general, I do love just giving advice on my personal experience of situations. I also love writing about what ever I feel like expressing at the time. I am excited to develop my skills and continue to learn as I pursue my career and life itself.
